As a result of successfully raising £750 we are in receipt of a grant from West Berkshire Council for £5000. The £5750 will be spent on the following;
- Purchase of a circular bench to be located in the old allotment area
- Small bridge to enable a safe path through the old allotment area
- Table and benches for use in the old allotment area
- Purchase and planting of fruit trees to establish a community orchard in the old allotment area
- Purchase of trees and hedging plants for rewilding a portion of the playing field adjacent to the main road
- Purchase of an indoor/ outdoor table tennis table
